- Bee Acquaint Session - Half day course for non-beekeepers who have an interest in bees and may be considering taking up the hobby. Learn a little theory behind beekeeping. View bees at work in a hive in our home apiary spinney.

- Good Practice Beekeeping – Full day course for beginners who have some theoretical knowledge and wish to gain further practical experience. We will cover basic bee handling, ‘reading’ the hive, inspections and apiary biosecurity.

- Pest and Disease Recognition and Control– Half day course looking at common, notifiable pests and diseases of honeybees and ways to control them. Bee suits will be required.

- National Hive Flat Pack Building tuition course - Half day. During his five years of inspecting, Jonathan found many hives had been assembled incorrectly. If you have purchased National hive in the flat pack form and frames he will help you build them correctly.

- Custom courses - More advanced beekeeping topics such as swarm control, varroa management, queen rearing. Day or half day depending on your topic.
